The Council for Near Infrared Spectroscopy (CNIRS) invites all interested parties to attend the 14th International Diffuse Reflectance Conference, August 3-8, 2008, at Wilson College in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, USA. This biannual event attracts scientists, engineers, managers, and other technically oriented people from academia, government, and private industry, all having an interest in the subject of light-matter (visible, near-, and mid-IR) interaction in scattering and absorbing media.

Commonly known as the "Chambersburg" Meeting, this conference is in its 26th year of operation. If you are a first time comer, welcome! — you will find this conference to be informative, economical, and pleasant.
