Transportation

Wilson College is less than a two-hour drive from Washington, D.C. and Baltimore, MD. It is less than three hours from Philadelphia and Pittsburgh, PA. Commonly-used airports include those servicing these cities and Harrisburg, PA (1 hour drive away).

Ridesharing

Ride sharing is commonly practiced, and the Conference will attempt to match all arriving attendees with available drivers at each of these airports.

Pete Shi will coordinate ride sharing for IDRC 2016. Click here to send a email and indicate the following:

1. Whether you would like to participate in the inbound or outbound ride sharing program or both.

2. Whether you need a ride or can provide a ride

3. Date and time

4. Location (airport, train station, etc)

5. Number of riders

6. The method of contact (cell phone number, email address, etc)

Note - All drivers need to ensure their vehicle is properly maintained and that they carry sufficient insurance. Adequate third party liability is essential and underinsured motorist protection is recommended. CNIRS/IDRC assumes no liability or responsibility for any harm, injury, damage or loss.
